These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Yoad Development and Technology 2014 Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through techsors.com and its subdomains, including the RSVP event management platform. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Yoad Development and Technology 2014 Ltd. is a technology company registered in Israel. We provide digital tools for event management, including web-based RSVP systems for private clients and event organisers.

2. Use of the Service

Our services are intended for lawful use only. By using our platform you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting forms or creating an account
  • Not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the platform’s functionality
  • Not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform

3. Accounts and Access

Event organisers who are granted access to the admin panel are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@techsors.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Guest Data

When guests submit an RSVP through our platform, the data they provide is collected on behalf of the event organiser. Organisers are responsible for ensuring their guests are aware their data is being collected. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content on this platform is the property of Yoad Development and Technology 2014 Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.

6. Availability

We aim to keep our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yoad Development and Technology 2014 Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed events, or communication failures.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that these Terms have been violated or that continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
